Lotis is a development company. We ship systems. On the RWA project, the chain is the transfer book. It does not replace the custodian or the recorder.

Scope the system
What has to exist in software, and what must stay in the legal or custody file. We do not blur those.

Build in production shape
Interfaces, data model, permissions, and the unglamorous ops path. Same standard for client software and for RWA.

Connect the real file
On the RWA project: title, assay, vault, or true sale. If that file is weak, we do not issue a unit.

Ship and operate
Deploy, report, restrict transfers, and keep the books in sync. Software that a team can still run next year.
